Day 1. – Arrival
On arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you will be received by our delegate who will transfer you to your place of accommodation in the capital in Kampala.

Day 2 – Transfer to kapchorwa _ sipi
After a nice breakfast, we will transfer to sipi falls through Jinja the tourism capital of east Africa. Jinja is the adventure city for water adventure lovers as well the source of the Nile where John Hannington Speke stood as he discovered the source of the Nile. We will visit this site monument and probably have a cup of coffee as we have spectacular Nile views. After we will then take our drive to sipi falls where we can reach in the evening to catch a glimpse of the most spectacular sunsets in eastern Uganda on the hills of mount Elgon. These sunsets will be a beginning of your amazing trip to Uganda. Dinner and overnight at Noah’s Ark hotel, or sipi river lodge.

Day 3. Sipi falls walk, the traditional encounters and bonus sunsets
On a relaxed and nice breakfast, we will be joined by site sipi falls guide who will take us through plantations, home steady and “rat paths” to finally reach-out the most longest and spectacular waterfall in Uganda. The sipi river flows and drops up to 100m down a cliff and forms incredible views. We will then retire at the lodge for our dinner and overnight.

Day 4. Day transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.
On this day after a relaxed breakfast, we will head out on a drive transfer to the second biggest national park in Uganda. Through the “once kony zones” towns and villages that were once abandoned but steadily developing, we will encounter so many markets along this road and villages. We will mingle with the locals in the markets, we will visit some home steads and stop along the roadside for coffee breaks. We will also stop in the town markets in lira and if time allows we will take a city walk tour and see the improved and steadily developing community that was once abandoned due to the kony insurgency that ended 9 years back.

Day 5 – Game drive & boat cruise on the Nile
After an early game drive you will return for breakfast at the lodge, and also have time to relax by the swimming pool. In the afternoon you will have a launch cruise on the Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls only 10m from the “Devil’s Cauldron.” You will see numerous hippos, giant crocodiles and in a distance away see Uganda kobs, elephants and waterbucks. In addition you will be fascinated by the great profusion of birds here such as the uncommon shoebill stork, goliath herons, cormorants, Egyptian geese, Hornbills, pelicans, kingfishers and bee-eaters. The boat will leave you close to falls and you will hike to the top of the falls for an hour and there you will enjoy breathtaking views seeing how the waters of the great Nile squeeze their way through a narrow 7 meter gorge and drop to over 43 meters below with a thunderous roar leaving a water spray that forms a beautiful rainbow. You will find your guide waiting there.

Day 6 – The Delta Nile and Drive to Hoima: lake Albert
The Nile Delta is the area where the Victoria Nile flows into Lake Albert. A boat safari down the river towards Lake Albert is a “must do” for every birdwatcher as the banks of the delta are home to hundreds of bird species including the rare and prehistoric-looking shoebill stork. As well you will see hundreds of hippo and maybe even bathing elephant and huge crocs!
Then time has come to leave Murchison Falls National Park and you will travel to Lake Albert, where you will stay at Lake Albert Lodge. Lake Albert Safari Lodge is situated on the banks of Lake Albert in the Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve. The main lodge with pool and thatch cabanas faces Lake Albert with magnificent views of the Blue Congo Mountains to the West.
In the evening you will have a special bush dinner!

Day 7 – Drive to Fort Portal | Kibale national park
Because it is a bumpy drive from Hoima to Fort portal, you will have set off to the Southwest through the Western Rift Valley’s Albertine Escarpment. Drive through Bunyoro kingdom’s green countryside, traditional homesteads as well as tea plantations. Finally you will arrive in Fort Portal Tooro kingdom’s capital a very beautiful town in the shadow of the legendary “Mountains of the Moon” (Mt Rwenzori). Dine and overnight at your lodge.

Day 8 – Kibale forest National Park: Home of chimpanzees.
Kibale forest is a canopy and mist enveloped rainforest also referred to as the Primate capital of the world. With over 13 primate species, Kibale is home to the closest relatives of human and a sublime of bird watching activity. Chimpanzee trekking is the main activity carried out twice a day either in morning or in the afternoon. The Bigodi swamp walk is another protected eco-tourism wetland where a number of primates including 5 types of monkeys are found. It is also home to the great blue turraco, a blue beautiful bird you don’t want to miss. The nearby tea plantation also combine a visit to the Scenic and incredible crater lake views and local tours.

Day 9 – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a background view of the Rwenzori Mountain Range arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon have a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel for 2 hours to see various animals like possibly the highest number of hippos plus about 550 resident bird species. This launch cruise provides great opportunities for photography, game viewing and birding. After the ride you will visit the beautiful Crater Lake Region and later return for dinner and the overnight at the lodge.

Day 10 – Transfer to Ishasha.
On this morning after early breakfast, You shall embark on a wildlife game viewing on the kasenyi sector of queen Elizabeth National park. This area is known for the cats that are easily seen here hunting orlazily sleeping in the Cactus trees. After lunch you shall transfer to iashasha sector for the tree climbing lions in the Fig trees. Remarkable the only place you will see lions just above your head of a pop-up roof.

Day 11 – Transfer to Rushaga for the mountain Gorillas.
Today we will make a short Game drive south of Queen Elizabeth National park – The Ishasha sector looking for the tree climbing lions which can only be seen in this part of Uganda. Fortunately the terrain is open savannah scattered with acacia and fig trees. You shall later headout To Nkuringo, a part section of the mountain Gorilla trecking.

Day 12 -The encounter with mountain gorillas
Right After breakfast in the early morning you will head to the park headquarters where you will be briefed before going gorilla tracking. Bring along drinking water, hiking boots, a walking stick plus a raincoat and a packed lunch. The joy of finally meeting the gorillas and even spending an hour with them and have a chance to take photographs and observe them play, feed and care for their young. The ultimate wildlife encounter.

Day 13. The community walk, dugout canoe and coffee tour.
Today you will transverse to the beautiful lake Mutanda. You can opt for the canoe ride or coffee tour as we proceed to the 2nd deepest lake in Africa. Lake bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is a place to unwind off your trip memories with a variety of activities. You shall visit the batwa community and dog dugout canoe on this fresh water lake.

Day 14. Transfer to lake mburo national park.
After a relaxed breakfast You will embark on a boat cruise to the batwa community. A minority pigmy group on the hills of bunyonyi. With a local guide, you shall sail through the traditional islands to the batwa. Later you shall proceed for lunch in Mbarara. Through the fascinating rolling hills of Kabale, encounter from time to time the long horned cattle and exciting village towns. Because we would like to take you off the beaten-off track, This trip involves a treat to a Ugandan traditional delicacy of an amazing traditional meal (Luwombo) prepared by a truly Ugandan woman in an African home and in a simple setting. If you would like this, we are more than happy to share with you this experience of the Luwombo meal.

Day 15 – Lake Mburo National Park
Morning game drive in search of the beautiful impalas, zebras, cape buffalos, elands, oribi and topi. Along with the game drive, many visitors also enjoy a boat trip on Lake Mburo. The park is a very good opportunity for bird watchers, who will enjoy more than 250 species of birds found here. Later transfer to kampala through the equator for photo Opportunities.
Today basing on your time of departure, you may have a city tour to the cultural sites, craft shops, museum or even the Mabira forest. You will later be transferred to the airport for your departure flight and this will mark the end of our 15 day adventure in Uganda – The Pearl of Africa.

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara – Kenya
Departing from the capital of Kenya, Nairobi, we drive down the escarpment via the floor of the scenic Great Rift Valley. We arrive at our luxury tented camp near Masai Mara in time for lunch.
Then we take our first thrilling game drive in the Masai Mara game reserve, one of East Africa’s top safari destinations. The Mara reserve incorporates 1510 km² of incredible, wide-open landscapes and fertile riverine woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is typical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife.
Returning from our first foray into Masai Mara we have dinner and relax under the stars, falling asleep to the sounds of the bush.
DAY 2; MASAI MARA
Spend the day in Masai Mara, Kenya’s most popular game reserve where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant, Game drives are flexible, with the option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend entire day in the park, or you can choose to have early morning and late afternoon game drives. You will also have the option of visiting a local Masai village (at a cost of US$20 per person).
The ultimate action here is without doubt the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of greener grass before turning south again in October.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Nairobi – Kenya
